people who want to work as a layout designer, or decoder, can and would be soooooooo much appreciated. EVen reporters who

If you want to be a layout designer, you would be helping me with layouts and coding them. Any Naruto layouts are fine.

or anything that can let you make graphics, even animated goodies is appreciated. You will have the duty of handling requests,

Being a reporter is the easiest job up. All you have to do is delver news on any anime weekly, monhly or daily.

To be an HTML coder, all you have to know is HTML. You need to be able to decode layouts for me so I can use them. You

A site reviewer is a small job unless a lot of people sign of for awards. This person is responsible for viewing sites
